I'm a side dish girl. I'm way more likely to leave a hunk of meat on my plate if I'm getting full, rather than skip out on more of the sides. Most of these were new to me when I made them, but will definitely reappear time and time again.

I'm with you,...bring on the sides. I was wishing this line-up wouldn't end. That risotto is calling to me. (Shhh,..shhhh,...I'm coming darling). :)
